If you woke up today, that’s reason enough to be grateful. Gratitude must become your attitude. Let’s start right now 👇 What are you grateful for right now and why? #melrobbins #gratitude #thankfulfor
I'm grateful for my husband, because when I ask him to pick up some tissues, he brings home 18 boxes.😆 He never questions, never complains, he simply does.
Though, I feel like I've failed her, I'm truly grateful for my wife and for her not leaving me in the middle of the employment chaos I'm finding myself in. And I've told her this a few times. Also very thankful for my mini-schnauzer and his unconditional love. Hate sounding like a pity party, but being been laid off and not finding anything ( been searching even before getting laid off ) ... employers, recruiters, etc., nobody responds, replies. I've got 30+ years of experience and don't hear anything. I've been expanding my skill set - nothing. I've added certifications - nothing. Feels like we're in dire circumstances with no light at either end of the tunnel. Getting laid off - during the holidays no less - It's very difficult to find gratitude. But I'm trying. I try to look for the little things, but easier said than done.
Gratitude is truly the key to sustainable happiness. I'm incredibly grateful for the time, care, and investment my company has dedicated to my development and improvement. The confidence and belief my family and colleagues instill in me daily are invaluable. Waking up surrounded by loved ones, both near and far, fills my heart with joy. And while I cherish those I hold dear, I'm excited by the prospect of new connections and lessons life has to offer.
I'm super grateful for getting to do something I love while helping others at the same time. It's an honour and a privilege to record the life stories of my clients and to see their excitement when they view the final cut. We all have a story that's worth saving and I'm so grateful to be able to help many families pass on their stories to future generations. ♥️
Gratitude sends the signal to your subconscious that “all is well” and your intent is already on its way. Btw, it’s easy to be grateful for the good stuff. But when you’re grateful for even the “bad stuff” you transform the “bad” into energy, you can use to move forward with your dreams and goals.
This shift in mindset changed everything for me a few years ago. Instead of always focusing on what I want in the future, I started meditating on all the things I currently have in my life that I had prayed for many years ago. Feeling that immense gratitude for the current situation makes room for even more abundance. Happy Thanksgiving to all my LinkedIn friends.
I have so many things to be grateful for: Another baby on the way (My 2nd after 23 years) Physical ability to take my dogs on a walk this morning A turkey I get to season today for tomorrow's family Thanksgiving The passion that burns inside me for fulfilling my purpose. A genuine curiosity that continues to lead me to develop wisdom and help others Endless opportunities Issues that I have gone through that have developed my current mindset If you just start practicing the art of beginning your day's with gratitude - you will see your blessings.
Grateful for the gift of another day. It’s a reminder to make the most of every moment and be present with the people who matter most. 🧠💡
Such a wonderful message to share right before Thanksgiving. Just being able to wake up, breath, and have the ability to create a day for yourself shouldn't be something to take advantage of. Thanks Mel!

3dMel Robbins I am an amputee. Was injured while on Active Duty in the US Army . Oh, It’s not what you think. I miss stepped a hurdle, landed awkwardly. I hyperextended my knee. 7 days later elected to amputate. I lost two careers with one wrong step. My military career and my Olympic dreams. I questioned my identity. My wife Alice Register saw me struggling and encouraged me with the words, “We WILL get through this together.” Seven years post my amputation I had ended my service on active duty, made two International Paralympic Committee teams, won the silver medal in the Long Jump in Sydney while setting an American record, grew our family (because…well you know)…everything still worked. Post games I founded of the United States Olympic Committee’s Paralympic Military Sports Program which birthed Warrior Games and Prince Harry’s Invictus Games. Today, I am a professional speaker who guides executives to accelerate past adversity and embracing their advantage and snuck in on your honor as the number 50 global leadership speaker in Real Leaders. I’m #GRATEFUL for life’s struggles, hard times, and pain that push us toward our purpose. Happy Thanksgiving! The Register Family!
