Empowering Futures: Celebrating Growth, Diversity, and Innovation at Dell Mentor Connect 2024 Last week, I had the privilege of attending the Dell Mentor Connect 2024 Cohort Graduation Ceremony - celebrating 5 years, 18 organisations, and 667 graduates who’ve thrived through this incredible mentorship journey. ServiceNow was proud to mark our inaugural participation in this meaningful program, with 8 talented mentees graduating and two of our esteemed leaders contributing as mentors. I had the honour of serving as Executive Sponsor this year and was privileged to join an inspiring panel discussion, "Journey into the Future". It was a delight to engage in thought-provoking conversations alongside Annie Koh, PhD (Professor Emeritus of Finance, Singapore Management University), Kim Meng Png (CEO, NTT Data Singapore), and Cheryl Chan (Group Chief Strategy & Sustainability Officer, ST Engineering). Together, we explored Singapore's ongoing efforts - its triumphs, challenges, policies, and initiatives to foster workplace inclusivity and empower the growth of local talent. My top takeaways: 💡 Women are shaping the future of tech. It was inspiring to discuss how women are breaking barriers and driving transformation in the industry. The path forward requires confidence, versatility, and grabbing every opportunity to grow. 🌍 Diversity drives innovation. Whether it’s cross-generational collaboration or diverse career paths, success comes from embracing what makes us unique. Creating inclusive workplaces isn’t just a responsibility - it’s a key to thriving in our digital world. 🚀 Success is about mindsets, not titles. Minister of State Ms. Siow Huang Gan reminded us of the importance of evolving with purpose. True success comes from continuous learning, building confidence, and focusing on impact, not just job descriptions. Congratulations to the 2024 graduates! This is just the beginning of your journey, and I can’t wait to see how you shape the future with your unique talents, perspectives, and determination. The best is yet to come!
