I’ve heard this one a lot... “I want to attract higher caliber clients” I get it. Your low ticket clients are burning you out - and on top of that, you need a lot of them to sustain your business. How do I help agencies start attracting higher caliber clients? The kind that are loyal, promote your business, see the value in your work, collaborate and challenge you? It starts with looking at your business from a prospective client’s perspective. Are you using language that sounds like you work with startups vs. established businesses? Are you showing case studies and testimonials from small, startup businesses? Are you talking about startup level problems in your content? If you’re not attracting the right client, you might be marketing to the wrong client. And it’s the simple things like your website copy, your case studies and testimonials that cue who you are for. If you’re not intentionally curating around a specific audience, they will decide who you’re for. If you’re too close to your business and need help seeing if this is your problem, say hi and we can set up a quick chat! • • • #businessgrowth #businesscoaching #agency #agencygrowth #businesstransformation #sixfigurebusiness #sixfiguremindset #agencycoach #smallbusinesscoach

Everyone on LinkedIn tells you to focus on storytelling but no one tells you an actual story. Here's how I use my day-to-day experience to craft captivating stories that; - Resonate with my audience, - Generate leads, and - Boost sales: 1. Observe the little things: E.g; >> Yesterday, I noticed how a cat always stretches before jumping onto the windowsill. >> This simple act reminded me of the importance of preparation before doing business. 2. Find the universal truth: E.g; >> Just like a cat prepares for a small leap, successful entrepreneurs prepare before launching their products or services . 3. Connect it to your audience's pain points: E.g; >> Many startups fail because they rush into the market without adequate preparation. >> Are you taking the time to stretch before your big jump? 4. Share your solution: E.g; >> I've developed a checklist that has helped my clients increase their success rate by 40%. >> This checklist covers everything from market research to financial projections. 5. Call to action: E.g; >> DM me for a free consultation and get your business ready for its big leap. By turning a simple observation into a relatable story, I have; - engaged my audience, - highlighted a common problem, - offered a solution, and -created an opportunity for lead generation. You want to start a business but you’re thinking: “How do I figure out what to sell or what kind of business to start?” I get this question a lot! Should you do what you love? Yes and no. You need to love what you do, but passion alone won’t make a business profitable. While they say you should love what you do to keep going forever, remember, every business faces market declines. So, it must be profitable too. However, don’t just chase the money. You need expertise and passion to sustain your business, especially during tough times. Plus, if you’re not knowledgeable, it’s almost like you’re scamming people. Start with Your Target Audience: Narrow down who you want to serve. Who do you find joy working with? Identify a Problem: Find a problem your target audience has and create a solution. Conduct Market Research: Analyze your target market to see if there’s demand for your solution. Look at competitors, industry trends, and potential customer feedback. Sell the Solution: This way, you can always expand your products and services for that audience. Validate Your Idea: Test your idea with a minimum viable product (MVP) or a pilot program. Gather feedback and make necessary adjustments before a full launch. This step is crucial to avoid wasting time and money on an unproven idea. 🚀 I’ve had clients come to me after wasting years and lots of money on an idea that wasn’t making money. After working together, they started with making 5 figures on their first launch! This is why you need the help of an expert to guide you through this process. I help my clients with: finding their niche, identifying their target audience and problems/solutions, creating offers, positioning themselves, developing brand strategy, content strategy, generating leads, and growing their business. 🏁Send me a DM to get started. #BusinessIdeas #NicheFinding #TargetAudience #startingabusiness #businessstartup

Addressing a small audience without necessarily pausing to think about what others care about is gold. ________ I wish business owners would just stop chasing thousands; rather, focus on serving the 10-100 people that they have so well that they wouldn't want to miss any offer from you. The right people know you, they believe you and they are willing to work with you. This should sink in. _______ I'm here to assist startup and small businesses in general to find a balance in the online saturated marketing space. Looks like what you're interested in? Let's talk about your business and how best to elevate it. #enweanivictoria

As a business owner, this was my biggest challenge 👇 How do I scale my business? Okay, so I’ve got the right team, solid products, distribution, good hold on social media, etc., but how do I take it from a monthly sale of 10 lakh rupees to 10 or maybe 100x of that? If you’re a budding entrepreneur and facing similar issues, then follow these points to scale your business - 1. Double Down Strategy - There are two ways to see it. Either you invest a lot of your time and resources in pushing all the products all the time, or you see which ones are doing great so far and double down on strategies to further push them. Have limited SKUs, but only ones that people love to the core. 2. Data is the New Oil Supreme tech integrations help you get all sorts of data. Use that data wisely to understand market trends, customer behavior, taking feedback, etc to maximize your growth. 3. Social Media, the queen of all? Gone are the days of conventional marketing, these days, customers want to connect with you and understand your journey. Social media acts as a great place to do so and convey your brand messages. The more people relate, the more they love to be a part of your journey. The best part? Organic social media content generates the best audience at no cost since it’s completely organic. 4. Strength Financial Management Previously, I’ve made posts comparing bootstrapped businesses with funded ones. If you’re looking to scale at a faster pace with great people around you to support you, then funding is the right way to go. This is why I chose this path. Understand your objectives and make the final decisions accordingly. 5. Form Strategic Partnerships - Another great way to scale is to collaborate over compete! Form strategic partnerships with distributors, other companies, creators, etc to reach new people and connect with some amazing talent across the globe. This will further strengthen your brand presence as well! Here are some points that will really help you scale your business. I’ll be putting up more such posts, so make sure you follow @diipakhosla 💛 #diipadecodes #scaling #business #entrepreneurship

🔍 Why Most Businesses Fail: A Personal Insight In the fast-paced world of business, failure is often more common than success. But why do so many businesses falter? As the founder of DOK-Media, a digital marketing agency, I've witnessed firsthand the challenges that can lead to a business's downfall. Here's what I've learned: **1. Lack of Clear Strategy:** Many businesses dive into the market without a tailored strategy. At DOK-Media, we emphasize creating customized strategies to enhance online presence and deliver measurable results. Without a clear plan, businesses often struggle to find their footing. **2. Ineffective Marketing Channels:** Choosing the right marketing channels is crucial. I've found that Instagram, TikTok, and cold emails are effective for us. However, it's about understanding where your audience is and how to engage them. For instance, cold calling might be a challenge for me, but it's vital to explore and refine different approaches. **3. Inadequate Adaptation to Technology:** In today's digital age, businesses must leverage technology. Implementing AI and utilizing tools like Mailchimp for sales are ways we ensure our clients succeed. Ignoring technological advancements can leave businesses behind. **4. Insufficient Focus on Brand Awareness:** Building a brand is not just about having a logo. It's about consistent engagement and storytelling. Our strategies include social media posts, newsletters, and testimonials to boost brand recognition. **5. Personal and Professional Growth:** A business often reflects the growth of its leader. I focus on daily habits like reading and exercising to maintain clarity and drive. A stagnant leader can lead to a stagnant business. Ultimately, understanding these pitfalls can be the difference between thriving and merely surviving. As I continue to navigate the entrepreneurial journey, I remain inspired by the success stories of local businesses and entrepreneurs. Feel free to reach out if you're looking to grow and scale your business. Let's turn potential failures into success stories. 📧 [email protected] #BusinessGrowth #Entrepreneurship #DigitalMarketing

If I had to start over, here’s my advice for anyone in the same boat: You don’t need a website. What you *do* need is clarity on who you’re serving and what you’re selling. Get your business account set up for your LLC, then pick one channel to reach your audience. When I say “channel,” that could be Facebook, email, text, or even phone calls. Master one way of reaching your client base, get good at it, and build from there. Don't overcomplicate it. #BusinessTips #StartingOver #MarketingSimplified #FocusFirst

Isn't it exciting to become a part of some one's business journey and see it scale! 🚀 As a marketing consultant with over a decade of experience, I've worked with businesses of all sizes. But there's something particularly unique about working with sole proprietorship startups. These entrepreneurs are passionate and driven, but they often face hurdles that are unfamiliar and daunting in the early stages of building their brands. I remember working with a small beauty startup where the founder wore all the hats – from product development to sales to customer service. Her main challenge? She needed a cohesive brand identity but didn't have the time or resources to define one. We started with understanding her vision and ideal audience, and from there, I crafted a digital marketing strategy that played to her strengths while allowing her to stay authentic. In a matter of months, her brand presence started gaining traction, and she began to see growth that matched her hard work. Another client, a health coach, struggled with balancing her business growth and marketing efforts. She was great at her service but overwhelmed by the digital landscape. I stepped in to streamline her marketing funnels, focusing on brand strategy and conversion paths that resonated with her audience. Her business transformed, allowing her to focus on what she loved while her online presence worked for her. The challenge with sole proprietorships is often that the Founder is THE Business ✨🧙♀️, and helping them grow requires not just technical expertise, but a deep understanding of their personal goals and challenge#s. Every time I partner with one, I start by listening and then create a marketing plan that reflects their unique brand story. For me, it's about being more than just a marketing consultant – it’s about becoming a strategic partner in their business growth. #MarketingConsultant #SoleProprietorship #EntrepreneurJourney #BrandStrategy #DigitalMarketing #AminaShah #SmallBusinessGrowth

💡 What’s holding your business back from scaling? For many entrepreneurs, it’s not the lack of ambition—it’s the lack of systems. A Simple Way to Start a New Business Starting a new business can feel overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be. Here’s a simple yet effective strategy: focus on one avatar, one product, and one channel. Let’s break it down. 1. Pick One Avatar: This might be you, your LinkedIn profile, or a representation of your niche. Make sure to optimize your profile and make it attractive to clients. (Personally I've to work on this.) 2. Focus on One Product: It’s tempting to offer multiple products from the start, but this can spread your resources thin. Instead, develop one great product. 3. Choose One Channel: Instead of trying to be everywhere at once, pick one channel to start with—whether it’s Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or another platform. Why? Because it helps you focus. Each channel has its unique features and audience. Mastering one allows you to learn what works and what doesn’t without getting overwhelmed. It’s better to have a strong presence on one platform than a weak one on many. Why focusing on one thing is important? When you concentrate on one avatar, one product, and one channel, you streamline your efforts. This reduces confusion, saves time, and enhances your marketing effectiveness. You’ll better understand your customers, refine your offerings, and establish a solid foundation for growth. In other words, starting a business doesn't need to be complex. Simplify your approach, and you’ll set yourself up for success. Focus on one avatar, one product, and one channel, and watch your business thrive. #BusinessTips #OvercomeFear #StopProcrastinating #StartNow #EntrepreneurMindset #ProductivityHacks #BusinessGrowth #MotivationMonday #SuccessMindset #LeadershipDevelopment
