⭐️Sharing My Experience at EY 🌟
I am thrilled to share my journey at EY, where I've found an blend of growth, inspirational leadership(few), and a culture of continuous learning.
"Leadership is not about being in charge. It is about taking care of those in your charge." - Simon Sinek
EY's emphasis on continuous learning has been a game-changer for me.
The access to professional development programs, certifications, and industry-leading research ensures that we are always at the cutting edge of our fields.
As Benjamin Franklin said, "An investment in knowledge pays the best interest," and EY's investment in our learning proves this time and again.
Collaboration and innovation are at the heart of our work at EY.
Working with dynamic teams that value creative solutions and challenges the status quo keeps our projects exciting and impactful.
The sense of purpose and fulfillment I get from knowing our work makes a real difference is unparalleled.
In the words of Steve Jobs, "The only way to do great work is to love what you do."
P.S - This post is for a few good people who exist in EY, who have courtesy, empathy, heart, respect, care for others. and it's not for everyone in EY.
EY as a brand is great, outside India EY culture is soo good but in India people in EY are taking undue advantage of their designations and creating a mess.
Secondly, EY as a brand is wonderful but 90% please sitting inside are harassing, torturing and humiliating other innocent people which result in damage to life & career.
Work culture never improved but it is worsening day by day.
