Happy Wednesday and I've been celebrating a lot with my clients in my group coaching program because they're all seeing some really amazing results. And that got me to thinking about my other clients as well, my one-on-one client and they're all celebrating some amazing results too. So I wanted to just examine and kind of think through the process that I help my clients with and figure out what makes the process work, why they're getting the value. And creating the results and they're creating them by themselves, like they're taking the actions, they're doing the things, they are creating their own momentum, which is awesome. And how that coaching is helping them is in three different ways. So I wanted to break it down for you in case you were thinking about hiring a coach, in case you were thinking about next year and you want to suss out like who is a good fit for me? How does coaching actually work? Can I guarantee results? All of those questions. So hopefully this will really help you. So #1 The coaching that I give to my clients is always very specific. So let me break down and kind of give you an example. For example, one of my clients brought to me and confusion about what she should be focusing on because we were talking about selling 2025 goals and talking about the skill sets that we need to develop to hit our new money goals and she was confused about. The like where she should place her focus. Now to give you context, she's earlier in her business, she's in my group coaching program and she is yet to make her first like 5K month. So for her, I wanted to be really specific about exactly where she needs to be and what she needs to be focusing on and what she does not need to be focusing on. So the coaching that I gave her was completely specific to exactly where she is particularly this would be coaching that would be not helpful for somebody. Else who's at a different stage is all about being really specific. What can happen in your brain if you aren't being coached and getting active coaching from outside support is that you can make it mean a problem when actually nothing has gone wrong. It's so easy to fall out of the mindset of everything is working and I'm getting better. Like everything is working and there's always room for improvement when you have that mindset of everything that I've done already. Was already working for me. The strategy is working, and I need to focus my time and energy on evaluating to just make that better and consistent. That's when you see results. But that's really difficult to do by yourself because our natural inclination is not to think that way. Our natural inclination is to think nothing's working. I'm terrible. This business isn't going to work. I'm gonna try something else immediately and then hop around from tactic to tactic. Confuse your audience, confuse yourself. Not make money so for like in one way that I deliver value for my clients is being very specific to their exact thing and then helping them develop a mindset that keeps them doing the thing. It keeps them on track and just making little tweaks to what's already working in their business. That's when you start seeing results when you can hold the belief that it's working and you're constantly. Looking to improve. So that's one way. The second way that my coaching really helps my clients is that I I kind of welcome everything. I'm very safe. I'm non judgmental. I will tell you exactly what I think as it lands in my brain. Sometimes that comes out quite directly and it's never meant to be mean. It's just very, very straightforward because that's the way that I like to coach. It's very no nonsense. For example, one of my clients. Leave me the reasons why she couldn't do something and I reflected back and I gave him some very specific coaching on Did she love holding on to those reasons why she couldn't do it? For example, just having that directness and having that ability to just see through what's happening and then reflect it back to you so you can make a really good feeling decision about it. When you have a coach that does that for you, it allows you to explore. All the thinking that doesn't support you and in my clients example, the thinking wasn't supporting her, it wasn't supporting her and creating what she wanted. So having the ability to cut through that and just be very direct, very specific on OK, do you really want to think this way? What would it look like to think differently or to act differently and explore that and it within a very safe space, within a non judgmental space, within a space that you know, you could literally bring. The thing to me, I've seen it all before, I've heard it all before. I've probably done it myself. I've made massive **** UPS in my own business and I'm very open about sharing that with my clients. And so it just normalizes everything. When you have a coach that has the ability to give you a very, very safe space, you can truly bring out all the things that are in your mind, all the things that are stopping you and then get to choose which are the ones that you want to keep and which are the ones that you just. Don't want to think anymore. But that's only available and when you have a really safe space. Because if you're scared that you're going to be judged by saying something or it's gonna be the wrong thing or someone's going to have a very strong opinion about it, then you don't bring it up. You don't get the transformation and you don't get to make a really good feeling decision for you and then have a clear plan of what to do. So that's the second thing. And this is all just coming to me now as I've been thinking about, OK, why have I seen? Consistently that my clients do hit their goals and they set goals and then they achieve them. They work through these things and this is what I, I attribute it to. And then the third thing is that keeping in consistent action and evaluation. So I teach my clients how to see what's going on for them now and how to actually evaluate what would they do differently when you stay in that mode instead of. Everything's doom and gloom mode when you stay looking at facts and you stay looking at the specifics of OK, how would I do this differently next time? Let's think about this. Let's actually spend time looking at what would I like to do the same next time? Like what worked really, really well and what would I like to do differently next time? It keeps your brain troubleshooting at a completely different level. It keeps you out of slumping into. The nothing's working worries me kind of victim mode that we can all get into. This is completely normal, happens to me as well. But it keeps you out of that or it just cuts the time. So whereas before you may have had a fail and you wanted to like hide under your duvet for a week, when you coach with me specifically because we focus on what would you change and what's the mindset that's going to help you do that differently next time? That time may have been cut down to a. Like instead of awake and just think about how productive and how many, how much value you can put out there in the world when you're actually taking action, when you keep inconsistency, when you keep in constant action but also constant progress. I was talking about this idea of incremental improvement with one of my clients. It's not about measuring yourself against other people. It's always about what am I doing differently this week that I wasn't doing last week? What am I doing differently today that I wasn't doing yesterday? What am I thinking differently that's that's helping me now? And that's just not a thought that would have crossed my mind a week ago, two weeks ago, three months ago. It's this idea of just noticing the gradual changes because sometimes it's not the, it's not the big aha things. It's just the little step-by-step daily things that you focus on and grow until you realise you're becoming a completely different, you're growing a completely different skill set, you're becoming a completely different version of yourself, but you didn't really notice because all of this has been going on. So that's something that I teach my clients how to do and to notice for themselves so that they can keep celebrating their journey and keep celebrating their progress and stay in that cycle of. Taking the action and then looking at it and seeing what's working and then taking the best things from it and then improving the not best things. So those are the three core areas which are creating the results of my clients, setting their goals, creating their goals, getting the results that they want and feeling really good about it. Having a different mindset, signing more clients. All of this is really good stuff and it's not to blow my own trumpet and be like I'm amazing. Is literally about how I'm approaching the work and the value that I am able to create when I think like this and when I coach like this. So I wanted to share this with you in case you are wondering if you want to work with somebody and you don't know who to work with or you're thinking about getting some real support with your mindset and you're selling next year, but there is like 1000 different things that you could do. Hopefully this has helped you understand my approach. How I work with clients and why they're getting results time and time again and I'm just going to keep working on it. I'm just going to keep working on this to make sure more and more of my clients get everything that they want when they work with me. So that's what I have to say today. If you are interested in having a conversation, having a chat with me, seeing what could be possible for you, then book some time in my calendar. I would love to chat with you. I'd love to talk to you about it. Get all the things out, see what's going on, and then figure out your step by step process of how you're going to create. Results for your business next year. OK, I'll see you soon. Have a really good afternoon. Bye.To view or add a comment, sign in
