Education is the foundation asset of a child's nurturing process. We, as parents, tend to misinterpret it with overall percentage in school or "marks" in particular. We, as parents, force our children to obtain certain marks to be able to sustain in this competitive system. But, we rather forget the true meaning of Education which deals with a child's inherited skills as well as overall personality. Today, in the 21st Century, let us prioritize "Education" and not "Percentage". Encourage children to develop rather to become fit in the society! #21stcenturyeducation #learningsystem #preschoollearning

In today’s educational landscape, there is a growing shift towards learning and impact beyond the confines of traditional classrooms. This approach involves taking children outside school walls, exposing them to challenging and exciting experiences that extend beyond the conventional learning environment. Teenagers, in particular, are spending a significant portion of their learning time engaged in real-world projects, connecting with the world around them. Despite concerns from critics that this shift might render traditional schools irrelevant, we believe in a transformation rather than disappearance. Schools will continue to serve as essential safe spaces for learning, acting as launching pads for children to explore their curiosity in the broader world. These special places will play a crucial role in facilitating the transition from childhood homes to the larger society of peers and adults. The schools of the future will definitely not resemble those we have today, they will be spaces where individuals, young and old, continually develop and grow in each other’s company, akin to the collaborative nature of ant colonies. These learning places will serve as incubation sites for continuous change and growth, fostering an environment where everyone thrives collectively. We at HPL Schools are the start-ups of these incubation sites. #education #learning #brain #holistic #flourish #positivepsychology #parenting #school #teacher

Continuing the conversation about Transition from Primary to Secondary School. "At around the same time as the move to secondary school, children experience biological and emotional changes as they go through puberty... The move into secondary school is one of the most significant transitions in a child’s education. It involves various changes, including: • changes in the physical environment • new rules and procedures • changes in relationships with peers, teachers and family • more structured learning, with a variety of teachers and different learning environments to get used to". Transition from primary to secondary is significant and we believe, when there is a strong focus on ways of working through this time, it sets a young person on the path to success in learning and development. It is more than a day of orientation and a parent information evening; or a camp for bonding. We share here a couple of resources for reflection and focus on this important process. Let us know what you do during this important phase and stage. https://lnkd.in/gC7HBMTx #middleyears #adolescentdevelopment #learning #transitionintosecondaryschool #teaching #students #school
