This week…the sepsis learning health team at OLOLRMC and FMOLHS presented some of the early results of the first international protocol of sepsis management combining an active alert utilizing a patients immune response to infection as a key feature. Here is what we are achieving for those were are privileged to serve: 1. Quickly achieving an accurate diagnosis 2. Reducing cost for our community 3. What if hospitals could improve care and decrease costs by $1,400 per patient... 𝘪𝘯 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 8 𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘶𝘵𝘦𝘴? This week, Our Lady of the Lake shared the results of its study on using Cytovale's IntelliSep® testing to detect sepsis, finding that the patients analyzed by the system spent 𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙝𝙤𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙡 and benefited from 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙚𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙖𝙜𝙚.
