I recently had the chance to join Andy and Pim on the MedMen show to talk about our journey with MEDDPICC across the media team at MEDDICC. How I thought about MEDDIC 2 and a half years ago is very different from how I see it now. I've come to truly understand the power of applying it across the entire go to market team. The relationships I’ve built - not just with our CRO, Pim, and the sales team but also with our product team, have transformed the way we work together. Just yesterday, Viki, our awesome Senior Product Manager, and I were discussing how we’ll collaborate to implement new processes for building the product roadmap and how we'll position new product updates across marketing. The best part is, our new processes will be using what we know and love about MEDDPICC, specifically Metrics, Pain, and Decision Criteria, to ensure our messaging is sharp and impactful. It’s incredible to see how much can be unlocked when everyone speaks the same language. Imagine if we tried to do this exercise and I was talking in marketing lingo and Viki in product... we wouldn't be able to connect the dots. So for me, MEDDIC is not just about alignment - it’s about accelerating our GTM strategies in a way that drives real results.
