𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗮 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶-𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗯𝗼𝘀𝘀! For the past few months, I had my sights set on landing a client that could take our business to the next level. But this wasn’t a typical “call, connect, close” deal—it was more like “call… call again… and then call another dozen times.” Long story short, that conversation was the beginning of a 3-month negotiation dance that recently culminated in a signed, multi-million dollar deal. What I have learnt is that you need one ingredient, one word: 𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗗 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞 & 𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘!! Yes that's pretty much it, which is you don't find much of today as everyone is looking for the quick buck.
