One of the most common topics at the 2024 Brightstar CX Voice Summit was how artificial intelligence (AI) is reshaping CX.  As part of our recent recap, Will Cook discussed the Voice Summit presentation by Joshua Bayly. Joshua demonstrated how they used AI to engage participants and conduct interviews for feedback. During the discussion, someone asked, “Do customers want to talk to AI?” interestingly, survey results showed that participants were more comfortable and honest when interacting with AI. They felt less judged without a human interviewer present.
