Is your Content Ready for March? 🗓️ If not steal my Content Calendar process. Creating content can be time-consuming and draining.- especially when you are trying to run your business. Towards the end of every month, our team creates and schedules an entire month's worth of content for each of our clients. Here is our go-to process. 👇🏽 🧠 Brainstorm/Map ideas: After going through the previous month's metrics, we start by researching public holidays, seasons, and other fun days that are RELEVANT to each business. We then go back to the client's content pillars (from their personalized strategy) and add educational, promotional, personal, community, or entertainment-focused content. 🖌 Get designing: Each client's look follows a different pattern - we find that this helps guide the design process and our designers create templates that we can easily edit to fit particular posts. ✍🏽 Get writing: Once we have jotted all our ideas down for the month and the graphics and video content have been created, the magic happens. Our social media caption queens get to work on writing fun and attention-grabbing copy for the posts. ✅ Get approved: Once the content is ready it goes through our team managers and then onto our clients for final approval. 🗓 Get scheduling: Once the content has been created we start scheduling. We do have particular posts that we post live but batch-scheduling content through Vista Social saves us so much time each month. There are always promotions and the occasional last-minute trends that might pop up, but for the most part, we are fully prepared to take on the next month before it begins. 😎 Still feeling overwhelmed about your content? Let my team take the reins! 🍋 Book a discovery call to see how we can zest up your content strategy without squeezing your schedule. Your audience is thirsty for more – let's give them something to sip on. 🍹 #contentmarketing #socialmediatips #socialmediamarketing

If you’re struggling to find time when it comes to creating your content each week...steal my 5-Day content creation strategy 👇 First off, STOP trying to do everything all in one day I find that when I'm on a roll with ideas, stopping to then go and create images/slides just ruins the flow Try this instead - Day 1️⃣ - Research Content Research topics, themes, keywords and hashtags within your niche and brainstorm how these can relate to your desired audience Day 2️⃣ - Map Out Post Ideas Review your list from Day 1 then choose the most relevant concepts to run with and start to jot down ideas, captions and headlines that fit with the topics Also think, would this be better as graphics, carousel, image... Day 3️⃣ - Design The Visuals Use something like Canva to make your content come to life, adding cover slides, relevant images, client photos, screenshots of testimonials and more Having a bank of templates can save you even more time, making sure you stick to your brand fonts and colours throughout Day 4️⃣ - Captions, Keywords and Hashtags Make sure you refer back to the previous days to recap on any solid notes you’ve created which may hit the nail on the head with your audience Use the visuals to follow on from or have a different take within the caption Have keywords in your text that will keep the algorithm happy and potentially get your content seen by the right people - same with hashtags, although these aren’t as important as they used to be Day 5️⃣ - Review and Schedule Review your content, check for spelling mistakes, that it makes sense, is it moving your audience in the direction you want to take them… Also, look at metrics from the previous weeks to see which times work best for your content and which posts performed better - such as videos Vs images This gives you a good insight into your next week's strategy Repeat the process and add in any trends you see Don’t have time to do these each day? No worries, but still use the same format of splitting the tasks into blocks - Ie; research, ideas, content, captions, schedule ...or you could even hire me to manage your social media channels for you 😉 Found this useful? 📅 3 Steps to create a monthly content calendar Planning ahead is key to success! Especially when it comes to your business content. As we are starting a new month soon, here's a simple 3-step guide to creating a monthly content calendar: 1️⃣ Set Your Goals: Start by defining your content objectives for the month. What do you want to achieve? Whether it's increasing engagement, focusing on a particular event, or promoting a specific product, clarity on your goals will guide your content strategy. 2️⃣ Brainstorm Content: Once you have your goals in mind, it's time to brainstorm content ideas. Consider current trends, and upcoming events or holidays relevant to your business. Then brainstorm content related to the goals you defined in the first step. Get creative and think of diverse content types to keep your audience engaged. 3️⃣ Organize the Content: Now that you have a list of content ideas, it's time to organize them into a calendar or plan. Choose a format that works best for you, whether it's a Google Sheet, a notion template, or a dedicated content calendar app. Assign specific dates and times for each piece of content, ensuring a consistent flow throughout the month. By following these steps, you'll not only save time but also ensure that your content aligns with your business goals.
