I agree 💯!! I had a manager a while back... In fact to this day, he remains the best manager I have had. He taught me a lot in the short 2 years I worked for him as his admin. One of the things that marked me most was... when I have an issue, a problem, his door will always be open but I need to have given some thoughts to the issue first and bring him possible solutions. Then, together, we can review and make the right decision. That small lesson has helped me be a better admin, having a better critical eye, more keen to see the strategy in a project and take my task to the next level to be a better admin.
