Did you know supermarkets lose an average of 31% of potential lunch-hour customers due to long queues? The revolution in self-service food retail isn't just about convenience – it's about transforming the shopping experience. Having spent 15 years in retail optimization, I've witnessed firsthand how quality self-service equipment can be a game-changer. Many don't realize that • Premium self-service stations can increase customer dwell time by 22% • High-end equipment reduces food waste by up to 40% • Temperature-controlled units extend fresh food shelf life by 4-6 hours. But the real magic? It's in the details. When customers interact with well-designed, reliable equipment, they're not just buying food – they're buying into an experience that respects their time and preferences. What's your biggest frustration with current ready-to-eat options in supermarkets? Please share your thoughts below, and let's talk about how we can revolutionize the retail food experience.

"Qwaiting" is a very bad app and i wouldn't recommend anyone to buy or use it.

This is such an insightful post! Long queues are definitely a major pain point for supermarkets, especially during lunch hours. Qwaiting can complement self-service stations by streamlining queues and improving customer flow. It’s a great way to enhance efficiency, reduce wait times, and improve the overall shopping experience. Looking forward to discussing how we can improve this further!

Self-service equipment not only enhances convenience but also improves customer experience and reduces food waste. Max Proulx
