QUESTION SERIES: QUESTION OF THE DAY:6 Is it possible to run a school with the help of artificial Intelligence? While AI can be a valuable ally in education, we need to find the right balance. Well, you know what they say, "Everything is possible" or "Nothing is impossible" but the possibility fails to establish what is right. Undoubtedly AI can help us as Teaching AID, can Automate Administrative tasks, and can be a vital partner in SMART Classrooms with AI-powered tools. However, it's not all rainbows and butterflies. AI cannot replace the human touch, which includes encouragement from a teacher, the shared delight of learning, and occasionally the teacher giving their own experiences, guidance, and so on, and the teacher can comprehend us while also determining whether we're lying, etc. After all, as the saying goes, "Don't throw the baby out with the bathwater." Let us embrace the opportunities while keeping the heart of education pounding strong. #ExperientialLearning Learners of #MPS celebrated the spirit of AI, AR, and innovation through a series of exciting activities. Grade 3 students showcased their talents with a role play and poetry recitation, beautifully dressed for the occasion. Grade 4 students displayed their creativity by making robots out of waste materials. Grade 5 engaged in a fun-filled doodling activity. Grades 9 to 12 witnessed the integration of AI with Chemistry, expanding their understanding of modern technology. Students from Grades 7 and 8 demonstrated their innovative DIY technology projects to their peers in Grade 6, highlighting their creativity and knowledge. A standout moment was the implementation of Augmented Reality (AR) technology, where virtual representations of figures like Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, Andy Jassy, Elon Musk, Sundar Pichai, and Tim Cook came to life on stage. This immersive experience allowed students to interact with lifelike avatars of influential scientists and CEOs. An insightful session by Mr. Arpit Srivastava, senior innovation engineer at Stemrobo, involved ATL and non-ATL schools, teaching students about AI, its types, and everyday applications. The session concluded with a fun activity of finger detection, enhancing students' understanding of AI. At its core, digital twins and AI have the potential to augment human capabilities and improve quality of life in several key ways. Digital twins of patients, created by integrating health data from wearable devices, electronic health records, and genetic information, can enable personalized healthcare interventions. AI algorithms analyze this data to generate insights into individuals' health status, predict disease risks, and recommend tailored treatment plans. By leveraging digital twins and AI in healthcare, we can move towards more proactive, preventive, and patient-centric models of care. With cities, real-time data from IoT sensors, traffic cameras, and infrastructure systems, enable urban planners to optimize city operations and enhance livability. AI algorithms analyze this data to simulate traffic patterns, predict air quality levels, and optimize energy consumption, leading to more sustainable and resilient cities. By connecting technology to humanity, we can create cities that are safer, healthier, and more inclusive for all residents. Digital twins of students, created by analyzing educational data from online learning platforms, assessments, and behavioral metrics, can personalize learning experiences and support lifelong learning journeys. AI algorithms adapt learning materials, provide personalized feedback, and identify areas for improvement based on students' individual needs and preferences. By harnessing digital twins and AI in education, we can empower learners to achieve their full potential and acquire the skills needed for success in the digital age. Employees, created by analyzing performance data, skills assessments, and job requirements, can support workforce development and skills training initiatives. AI-powered simulations and virtual training environments enable individuals to practice and refine their skills in realistic scenarios, leading to more effective and efficient training outcomes. By leveraging digital twins and AI in workforce development, we can equip workers with the skills and competencies needed to thrive in rapidly evolving industries.

Exploring the Future of Education: Technology, Teachers, and Transformation It was an absolute honor to share a panel with Dr. Steffen Sommer, Misk Schools and Mr. Abdulrahman Olwi عبدالرحمن علوي Olwi, moderated by the insightful Dr. Pablo Fetter, as we delved into the future of education and the transformative role of technology. Key questions like, Will robots replace teachers? Will VR replace textbooks? sparked meaningful discussions. While technology is becoming the backbone of the education fabric, it’s clear that the heart of learning remains deeply human. As we explored, the role of teachers is not diminishing but evolving—from being mere transmitters of knowledge to becoming orchestrators of learning experiences. Teachers of the future will focus on helping students: Integrate knowledge Develop critical thinking skills Build emotional and social intelligence Similarly, incorporating emotional and social aspects into education will be crucial for fostering well-rounded learners who can thrive in a tech-driven world. Virtual reality may enhance learning experiences, and AI may streamline personalization, but the human connection remains irreplaceable. It’s a transformation, not a replacement. What are your thoughts? How do you envision technology shaping the future of education while preserving its human essence? Let’s keep the conversation going. #FutureOfEducation #EdTech #AIinEducation #VRinLearning #EmotionalIntelligence #EducationInnovation #EducationinvestmentSaudi

6dThis sounds great! But I have a question - how do we allow the impressable brains of children to immerse in this technology and benefit and yet to stay firmly planted in this physical reality? How do we educate them to over and over again choose this nature reality and not replace it with the sparkly augmented reality?
