The Magnificent Seven technology behemoths have lived up to their moniker with a massive gain this year. But investors may want to broaden their U.S. exposure beyond the pricey mega-caps. Jeff Mo, portfolio manager at Calgary-based Mawer Investment Management, says he’s “cautiously optimistic” about the setup for U.S. mid-caps next year. “My outlook is incrementally more positive than it was six months ago,” he says.
