If I could ONLY test 3 emails in Klaviyo it would be these 👇 - Welcome flow email #1 - Abandoned checkout email #1 - Abandon cart email #1 I would test these 3 because they are extremely high traffic & I would also heavily focus on testing sending times/delays, copy & CTA's.

Want to increase the amount of revenue coming from flow emails in Klaviyo? 👀 A few pro tips: 1. Send them sooner (reduce your initial delays) - This just added over $10,000/mo in revenue for a client of ours on the re-stock flow. Turns out people would like to order more sooner. 2. Send more emails - Increased the conversion rate on our welcome series from 10.2% to 12.6% by adding in another email in the first 12 hours 3. Turn your smart sending off for flows - Audited an account last week and estimated smart sending had cost the brand $100,000+ over the last 12 months.

Sending 3 emails in a day will easily annoy subscribers. The worst part? You may not even realize it’s happening because subscribers can belong to multiple segments. Here’s how you can stop this in Klaviyo: 1. Go to Account > Settings > Email Settings > Sender Preferences 2. Turn on Smart Sending With this on, Klaviyo prevents recently emailed contacts from receiving multiple emails in a preset period. I hope this helps!

How we make sure my clients don't pay for inactive profiles in Klaviyo: 1. Set up an inactive segment. Subscribers who haven't opened / clicked emails zero times and haven't ordered in the last 180 days. 2. Set up sunset flow. (4-5 steps) Send 4-5 emails with 2-3 day delays to the list. Give incentive like discount/special offer IN THE SUBJECT LINE. Doing this, you'll grab the attention of those who're still interested in your brand, and can easily filter out those who're not. 3. Suppress every profile that hasn't opened/clicked any of the emails. Quick and effective way to reduce Klaviyo subscription fees.

Klaviyo has this new Video element for emails. Excited to know which of the accounts I'm handling will use this feature first. Are you also looking forward to using this new Klaviyo feature? 😀
