Following Coco's recent deal-closing prowess post (many of you loved that story!), our family welcomed another strategic addition. Meet Harry – Coco's father, a 132-pound Serbian champion Rottweiler who, like many exceptional leaders, became available at just the right moment. Watching their first reunion in my car today in 3.5 years, tails wagging in perfect sync, it struck me: when rare talent becomes available – whether it's a championship bloodline or a seasoned sales leader – you move decisively. At 6.5 years to Coco's 3.5, Harry brings the gravitas of a proven champion. Like veteran sales leaders, he carries something invaluable: refined instincts, proven excellence, and the natural ability to elevate those around him. When you find this rare combination of experience and adaptability, you don't hesitate. True talent, like Harry, doesn't age – it matures into wisdom that can transform organizations.
