I recently had the opportunity to assist a local business struggling with recruitment challenges. They were having trouble identifying the right candidates with not just the required skills, but also the cultural fit that would drive their business forward. I worked closely with them to redefine their hiring process, focusing on a more values-driven approach, which included refining job descriptions, creating clear criteria for soft skills, and coaching interviewers to use behavioural techniques to assess cultural fit.
