I've been lucky enough to work at some great consultancies and, sadly, some not so great ones. What I learned was that the best ones put client delivery at the heart of their approach. Client success is your success. If that is built in to your business, your team and each individual; it is much harder for things to go wrong as you always have your eye on the right prize.
