A $1.2 billion budget has been unanimously adopted by the RTD Board of Directors for 2025. Section 178 of the Companies, Act 2013 read with rules for the company's (meeting of the board and its power) rules 2014 provided that NOMINATION AND REMUNERATION COMMITTEE. The following are the companies eligible for the required nomination and remuneration committee; ~ every listed company ~ public company with a paid-up capital of 10 crores or more ~ public company with a turnover of 100 crore or more ~ public company with outstanding loan debt and a deposit of 50 crore or more. In NOMINATION AND REMUNERATION COMMITTEE 3 or more non-executive directors and 50% independent directors are required. the functions of NRC are; ~ identify the person who is qualified to become a director/ senior management official, ~ recommend the appointment and removal of the director, ~ specify the manner for effective performance evaluation of the board, its committee, and individual directors. #thankyou #keeplearning.
