Mas National’s Post

Only three months separate these two photos, and they mark a significant chapter in the history of Australia's training sector. Bianca Taylor began her incredible journey at just 16 years of age, and soon became South Australia's first female stonemason apprentice. Over four years, Bianca honed her skills on prestigious projects, including the historic restoration of Adelaide Railway Station and the redevelopment of the old Royal Adelaide Hospital. This year, Bianca had the incredible opportunity to work alongside master-masons at Exeter Cathedral in England as part of the Cathedrals’ Workshop Fellowship. Her remarkable achievements led her to be named the 2024 SA Apprentice of the Year, an award presented by our very own Kara Prichard, our SA State Manager. This month, Kara and our team had the privilege of watching Bianca receive national recognition as the runner-up in the Apprentice of the Year category at the 2024 Australian Training Awards. In 2024, we had the honour of celebrating apprentices like Bianca across Australia, recognising their hard work and commitment. That's why we are proud to have sponsored numerous events all over Australia this year, including: 🏆 South Australian Training Awards as the Principal Sponsor 🏆 NSW Training Awards as the Major Sponsor 🏆 Queensland Training Awards as one of the Major Sponsors 🏆 Tasmanian Training Awards as a Premium Sponsor 🏆 ACT Training Awards as one of the Major Sponsors What a year it has been — so many inspiring stories told by apprentices, employers and everyone who has contributed to making 2024 unforgettable. A big round of applause to Bianca and all of you who have given your best and reached new heights this year. 2025 is just around the corner, and we're ready to create even more amazing memories with you all. #Apprenticeships #ATT #Awards #MasNational #IntoWorkGroup
