Starting to see the first AI Caller SAAS products hit the market. Like many AI applications, it's not 100%, but I'm keeping an eye on it 👀 The use case for brokers I see is data collection and appointment setting, which has the possibility of reducing back-office expenses and operations. In short, smaller one-man bands can scale up more efficiently and with less risk.

The biggest SaaS solutions in the future will likely figure out how to get there spending 10% of revenue on Sales and Marketing. This will give them immense pricing power over their competitors. The unlock here comes in the form of AI led growth. No idea what it looks like yet. But the companies that get there first will likely create an unassailable advantage.
