Things i've learned while having a "We're Hiring" status on LinkedIn. Get ready for: 1️⃣ Head Hunter DMs & finder fee people hitting you up every way possible. (pretty sure i saw a smoke signal. 2️⃣ Easy Apply Buttons - But no one reads the description. This by default is a great filter since only the ones who read the description know how to apply it correctly. 3️⃣ Qualification Levels Across Posting locations Currently 30+ applicants on LinkedIn 10 Applicants via our email list 3 Applicants from networks My eye balled stats are: Linkedin 10% Qualified Email 20% Qualified Network 30% Qualified 4️⃣ Lots of people are looking to work with smaller teams as a reason why they are applying (not sure if that is good or bad) 5️⃣ If you know someone great! https://buff.ly/4efO5XP 6️⃣ Did ❤️ my own post? Never gets old. Actually, it does. This person, claiming to be from Sales Talent Agency (recruiting GTM staff) in Canada, replied to a 5 month old comment of mine with “Kindly send a connection request.” (Scammers use this to avoid exhausting their own limit of connection requests.) The profile (link below) existed Sunday at 12:30 pm PST. Let’s see how long it is until he disappears.
