For the job scammers; let's catch these job scammers. As we all notice the rising number of fraudulent job offers and scams, which have affected numerous individuals seeking legitimate employment opportunities. The United States legal system has established stringent penalties for individuals or groups involved in job scams, especially when there are multiple victims affected. These offenses are often prosecuted under federal and state laws. Job scams targeting many individuals face harsher punishments due to the broader harm they cause. For example, those convicted of a job scam with monetary damages targeting a large number of job seekers genuinely searching for employment, may face up to 20 years in federal prison under 18 U.S.C. § 1343. If the scam involves significant financial losses, particularly to a large number of victims, the sentencing may be even harsher. In addition to imprisonment, convicted scammers may be required to pay substantial fines and restitution to the victims to compensate for their financial losses. In cases where identity theft is involved, additional penalties may apply under 18 U.S.C. § 1028, with potential sentences of up to 15 years in prison.

I think the person that was speaking with me regarding a role with Martin Marietta was trying to scam me… literally just moments ago. I have tried to find a Mr. James Springer working for Martin Marietta and have been unsuccessful so I’m pretty sure I’m correct.

Interested in knowing what Business Analyst position that someone named David Cox think I applied to. The Google Form linked to the job title included a logo for a similar industry player, McNichols. I'll forward to the email address above.

Martin Marietta good morning. I have a Ballast mine in Mexico, how could I be your supplier or work together to supply aggregates of the granulometries that are required. I remain attentive to any comments.
