Moin Moin. Was Geht? OMR24 A lot is going on, a lot of moving pieces – it’s exciting and fun! Answers to my question before going this year to OMR and my key take away to these: ⚡How to make best use of AI and ML? Other than the name “Artificial Intelligence” suggests, it is not intelligent, it cannot solve new problems (yet). But AI tools are extremely efficient in managing standard tasks, based on experience and data. Therefore, all indirect processes should be targeted asap: Supply Chain, Purchasing, Bookkeeping, Payroll, etc. You need these savings urgently to stay competitive. Get going. Use the Data you have. ⚡How best to manage risk and ops? It is as simple as this: The opportunity is - just f…. do it! Then you have the chance to stay in the business. The risk is - not do it or be too slow. You will lose out and get uncompetitive. ⚡How to make your team fit for this future? Make AI a Boss Thing! Appoint an AI responsible reporting directly to you. Have an AI responsible in every department. Talk about the opportunities, give confidence that you will manage this and succeed. Invest in your people. Make them be part of something special – and driving AI within the company and for the benefit of the company if very special and very rewarding! The key consequences for the practical work with my clients are: ✅ You need a clear objective and a road map for the next 12 months (these times you are not able to look out longer) – and then focus on max Top 3 priorities! Your resources and in particular your AI knowledge is still limited. To make a good decision you need to know where you want to be using AI in 12 months. Analyze your potential projects portfolio and decide what brings you the biggest bang for the buck $$$. Then – Focus, Focus, Focus - and - Execution, Execution, Execution! ✅ Don’t overcomplicate it – get going, get experience, learn, and adjust as you go. Speed is far more important than perfection. ✅ Be Technology open and flexible. The application you might choose today might not be there tomorrow or not the best solution for the next phase. In addition, two hints that I liked very much: 💡Combine your Chatbots for Service, Sales, Technical Hotline etc. with ChatGPT. Significant improvements of customer satisfaction are measurable. 💡Use TikTok as a Sales Channel. For people under 30 years TikTok is already the No.1 search Engine. 53% of the users start the App with the search function. Be fast, take a risk, have fun – I am here to support you being successful for the long run! #OMR24

So a bunch of people purchased Claude because of what I mentioned last week, premium version, and of course no affiliate link. I literally bought double accounts so I can run the limits 24/7 as they reset every 4/5 hours (45 messages limit per hour). Here's a list of the best AI's I'm using right now, with more to come (this list is developing). ➡️ Claude AI (3.5. Sonnet): $20/month Everything (now). (Only 15% behind on the human mind in terms of progress) ➡️ Chat GPT 4o: $20/month Basic shit still good at images and stuff like that will forever be paying for both. Plus Claude limits suck I'm literally running 2 accounts at $20/mo lol ➡️ Recall AI: $10/month YouTube auto summaries of vids nice little UI kinda in developing stages but like it. ➡️ Perplexity: Free I used to user Liner. David Schloss threw this at me and been obsessed. ➡️ Max AI: $20/month Summarizes YouTube videos and PDFs haven't really been finding a groove with it yet but has been voted one of the best AI's on earth. So I don't know. ➡️ GAMMA: $10/month Customized auto proposals, client updates (weekly), and roadmaps using AI. I tweak it a bunch, but template it out and go hard. Beast. If you don't use this you are crazy (and slow). ➡️ Airtable Pro: $20/month (+ AI) Been using this for years. They're adding AI components now. I like them. I build custom apps and CRMs for everything I do. Thousands of hours of mastery. Pays off. They're raising billions. They're getting better. If you used them in the past and hate give it another shot. Love them as a CRM / database. I build my own stuff. ➡️ Otter AI: $30/month Do it for the transcription stuff. I like how you can ask AI questions on your own transcriptions. Kind of sucks though. Whisper is good for the transcriptions on local computer too. Have both. Otter's not bad. ➡️ Fathom AI: Free Auto summaries on meetings. It's free. Don't look back. ➡️ Loom Pro: $15/month Sending vid demos to clients friends team members etc self explanatory I'll make another post for literally every single program I use, why I use it, the workflow I use it with, and how it does what it's supposed to do. Use these!

🔑 Want to unlock the secret to more customer reviews? Hint: It’s AI. 🤖 Here’s the deal: reviews don’t happen by accident. But with AI agents, you can automate the process and make reviews part of your growth strategy. Did you know that 93% of people read online reviews before buying? That means your reviews aren’t just helpful – they’re vital. And yet, most businesses are missing out on a goldmine of feedback simply because they don’t ask. AI agents change that. With automated, timely, and personalised review requests, businesses can increase reviews by up to 300%. Here’s what you can expect when using AI agents for reviews: ✅ Consistent customer feedback. ✅ Improved trust and reputation. ✅ Higher conversion rates. If you’re ready to scale your reviews (and your business), check out my latest guide here: https://lnkd.in/d26KrmQf Don’t wait for reviews to happen. Make them happen. 💡 #AI #CustomerReviews #BusinessGrowth #Automation

AI is not here to replace you, but to leverage your time. 🚀 A lot of people freak out because they think AI will take their jobs…and yeah, maybe it will if you’re not evolving (sorry, someone had to say it). Here’s the truth though: if you’re smart, you’ll use AI to your advantage and 10x your productivity instead of being scared of it. When it comes to B2B marketing in 2024, there’s a power stack of AI tools out there that are GAME CHANGERS: 💡 *HubSpot* – Everyone raves about it, and for good reason. Super user-friendly, does everything from CRMs to live chatbots and AI-generated content. Perfect for small businesses, but it’ll scale up as you grow. I’d say START HERE. ✍️ *WriterZen* – If content is key, WriterZen is the locksmith. Fantastic for SEO and detailed content plans. It helps you pump out not just words, but content that will stick on page 1 of Google. 🧠 *ChatGPT* – Stop sleeping on this tool. Everyone knows it can write content…but are you using it to write code? Analyze 10,000 rows of data in seconds? Do that, and you’re miles ahead of the pack. 🎥 *Loom* – Want to save 5 minutes here, 10 minutes there? Loom lets you easily send personalized screen recordings. AND, its AI helps improve those vids by cutting filler words. It's not gonna win Oscars, but it's solid. 📝 *Fireflies AI* – You can have this AI sit in your meetings, transcribe everything, and give you the action items you actually need to focus on. How’s that for efficiency? Now here’s the deal: **DON’T try to master all of them at once**. That’s the fastest way to implode your productivity. Start with one. Implement it fully. Then layer in the next tool. AI is like handing off the busy work so you can focus your time on the high-level, "make it rain" stuff that actually matters. 💪 Use AI the right way, and there’s no way it *won’t* take your business to the moon. 🌕 Let’s win 2024. 👊

AI is moving from ideas to action. The next big shift is here: AI agents! If you’re late to AI, don't get left further behind. Read on. 👇🏾 DO’s ✅ Use AI tools like ChatGPT to brainstorm, strategize, and create prolific content that helps you scale faster. ✅ Explore AI-first tools—they’re built for speed and outpace traditional solutions. ✅ Start learning how AI agents can handle your specific use cases. DON’Ts ❌ Don’t expect tools like ChatGPT to do more than they’re built to do. They’re great for generating ideas and content, but they can’t execute or handle complex workflows yet. ❌ Don’t use generic large language models (LLMs) without adapting them to your business. Start exploring custom GPTs tailored to your specific industry, goals, and use cases. ❌ Don’t ignore the disruptive power of AI agents. They will completely transform manual processes. The sooner you start learning about them, the sooner you’ll gain an edge. The Reality of AI in 2025 Right now, AI tools like ChatGPT shine at content creation—but they stop short at execution. The real frontier is AI agents, which will soon go beyond ideas to automate and act on your workflows. Imagine agents that plan, execute, and optimize your campaigns, freeing you from manual effort. AI-first tools are already pushing the envelope, and agents will follow close behind. The faster you start experimenting with AI agents, the better positioned you’ll be when they become mainstream. What Should You Do Today? 1-Test AI-first tools for streamlined execution—they’re already leagues ahead of incumbents. 2-Start learning how AI agents could tackle specific use cases for your business. You may not be able to deploy them now, but understanding their potential is key. 3-Think beyond content creation—look for tools and custom GPTs that save time and cut costs through automation. The Bottom Line The next phase of AI isn’t just about ideas—it’s about execution. The real breakthroughs will come from AI agents that can act, automate, and transform workflows. Are you ready for that shift? Follow me as I’ll be discussing AI agents in future posts, and DM me if your business is looking to grow fast with AI. 🚀Search as we know it is changing—and fast. Today, search rankings are all about what’s closest, most popular, and most relevant. But AI is shaking things up: soon, every search will be tailored just for you. For marketers, this means one thing: 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐨 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐬. Every detail—from what you offer to how you treat customers—could put you in someone’s top spot. #search #seo #ai #marketing
The Death of Universal Rankings: Why AI Will Make Every Search Personal (and Better). The way we think about search rankings is about to fundamentally change. Today, if you search "lunch near me," the results are pretty straightforward. Google explains that the restaurants in the response are ranked based on three main factors: Proximity (how close they are to you). Prominence (review scores and popularity). Relevance (how well they match your search terms). But I've been testing something with ChatGPT (and Gemini) that shows where we're headed. I asked both ChatGPT and Gemini (premium) about renting a scissor lift in Jacksonville Beach. While Google gave me the standard local results, ChatGPT did something remarkable – it recommended United Rentals specifically, explaining its choice based on: 1) Availability patterns 2) Customer service history 3) Overall reliability It stood firm when I challenged it about other rental places, explaining why United Rentals would provide the best experience for my specific needs. Essentially, centralized ranking is going away, particularly for more complex questions. Each AI asked me about my budget, if delivery was necessary, and other project details to refine the rankings further. We're moving from universal rankings to deeply personalized, context-aware recommendations. The AI isn't just matching keywords – it's analyzing everything from service quality to customer experiences to make tailored suggestions. This means every search in the near future will have different rankings, and that's ultimately a really good thing. Add memory to these systems (ChatGPT already has this) and see a world where "proximity, relevance, and prominence" become just three small ranking factors out of dozens. What does this mean for businesses? Rankings will become increasingly fragmented and personalized. This also means that every other data point on which a business wants to be ranked needs to be structured and fed to the crawlers and AI. What are your current promotions? How do you support the local community? What ingredients do you use in your products? How long have you served this area? What is your approach to customer support? Every single question that could help a customer re-rank your business needs data from your company.

Profound search changes coming with AI, how it is done, and what data is used to drive the answers. It's also coming faster then anyone thinks. Some great stuff here from Christian J. Ward here at Yext. Encourage a watch.
