1wI have complaint from Marriott group , case no. 635526993, but the staff Tiffany, Carol, Nirvana also reply me the same response, just tell me to wait for 5 days , and now 5days x 3 already, there is no any response from email from Marriott, I was stolen by some items from Hôtel La Maison Champs Elysées. Totally Eur 50000! How did they ignore me under a big group!? Or eur 50000 is not a big case for them? I’m so disappointed on Marriott and Hôtel La Maison Champs Elysées.! And also the manager of hotel Fabrice Martin.
