We all know the importance of having a clear sense of direction and purpose, yet how often do you pause to reflect on yours? When we aren’t living in our purpose, things feel off. However, in the busyness of day-to- day, it can be difficult to pinpoint what the problem is. Often, we play it off as stress or a lack of work-life balance. Work-life balance is impossible Yes, that was an intentionally provocative headline, but the numbers seem to bear it out. 94% of workers in the professional service industry work over 50 hours a week 48% of Americans consider themselves to be workaholics 77% of employees have experienced burnout at least once in their current jobs So, should we just throw in the towel? Hardly. I had the pleasure of participating in Roberto Ferraro's LinkedIn Live, and amongst many thing, we got to talk about work-life integration and how we can find a healthy balance between these two sides of our lives.
