Recently we had Dr. Megan Ma on the podcast where she spoke about the work at CodeX, The Stanford Center for Legal Informatics to develop a M&A negotiation model, with help from Flatiron Law Group, used to train young attorneys. Seems there is another training model out there, focused on litigation negotiation, trained by Professor Renee Henderson at the University of Missouri School of Law. The persona is a difficult one, used to train students how to react to the unexpected.
