Today I am going to make pie dough for my Thanksgiving pies! This year I am going to make four pies: Concord Grape, Salted Caramel Apple, Black Bottom Oat, Black Bottom Pecan. I fell in love with pie baking over a decade ago and haven't stopped making them! These images are from Erin Jeanne McDowell's book that I photographed, The Book on Pie. Erin has a number of recipes and helpful baking videos on her YouTube channel as well.
