BTW, Benioff is saying many of the same things. Worth considering when CEOs of two of the world's biggest SaaS companies are talking about how their industry will be disrupted. If you're thinking about your career (or investing) seems like you want to get long the data layer and agents. And then short the traditional SaaS application layer (although many SaaS cos will successfully transition to agent models).
