Taking a dig at myself in this one. But no template, pitch or formula can get you results if you're not staying true your personal values. Yes, no AI Tool or 100 page pdf with the latest hacks will help you replace the most basic human connection act of - ACTUALLY CARING. People buy your products or services when they connect with your brand, resonate with your message and it goes beyond a single post. It's a mix of ~ How you regularly show up ~ How you interact with social settings ~ Your in-person on on call persona ~ Your stances on major industry problems Content is not "just-another" item on your to-do list. Your content is the essence of your entire being. Ask yourself : ~ Am I consistently delivering value to my audience, or am I just creating content for the sake of creating content? ~ What do I truly wish more people knew about in my client's industry? ~ Does my content genuinely reflect my brand identity, or am I trying to emulate a style that isn't true to who I am? ~ What deeper purpose or meaning am I trying to convey through my content, beyond just promoting my products/services? ~ What is something I believe in - even if the whole world stood against it? This will help you uncover your truest self, and actually write as that person. Not become just another cookie cutter "personal brand". Thank me later. P.S. 9 things my inner perfectionist wants me to do that I’m resisting 1. Spend ages designed a beautiful website for my business Cute Fruit Ltd. 2. Code all of my client feedback in a spreadsheet 3. Design a beautiful landing page for my 1|1 career strategy sessions 4. Design a beautiful landing page for my Career Pivot Pro program. 5. Chop up and edit all the video footage I have 6. Reshoot the recordings of previous paid workshops with higher production values 7. Take a graphic design course and design beautiful banners for my LinkedIn featured section 8. Dig out my digital SLR and spend a day doing amazing high quality self portraits. 9. Take out a subscription for Notion and get stuck into organising all the assets I use with clients I could do all of the above. Creating and geeking are my happy place. But my clients don’t care. It’s all a way to avoid: Making offers. Talking about my services. Taking public risks that could fail. So for now it’s offers via google docs, pictures on my phone, and interacting with people to solve their problems. Continuous mistakes and learning a small bit everyday. Once I’ve sorted those I’ll work my way down the list P.S What does your inner perfectionist want you to do? ———— Hi I’m Iesha, I’m a communications professional with a side hustle. I help leaders career pivot, create the lives and careers they want and build profitable passion projects. We use systems and frameworks for repeatable results bc I’m a geek. Websites are like a tree in the park. Every marketer, salesperson, and director want to leave their mark. Trying to cover every; - Detail - Objection - Use case - Feature - Benefit Fearing missed opportunities. But actually burying the thing that your ideal client is looking for. 1. Clarity wins, not quantity. → Simplify to amplify your message. 2. Hiding your value, in piles of explanations. → Focus on what truly matters. 3. Too much information turned it into a maze. → Cut the clutter, keep the essence. We're conditioned to believe more is better. But less is always more. And clarity, converts.

I use this unbelievable 6-step framework for building founder-led brands. I use this with every client (and it works): 1/ Define your content strategy ↳ Combine your story with your unique word ↳ Identify 2-3 key topics and target personas ↳ Craft your distinctive voice 2/ Master your writing ↳ Create compelling hooks in your voice ↳ Develop a consistent formatting style for LinkedIn 3/ Leverage design ↳ Transform your words into eye-catching carousels ↳ Create shareable cheat sheets ↳ Incorporate your brand into visual assets 4/ Embrace video ↳ Produce 1-2 minute shorts weekly ↳ Build trust through face-to-face communication ↳ Aim for 3-5 content ideas per week (mix of text, carousels, video) 5/ Engage consistently ↳ Comment on your own posts ↳ Identify 10-20 influential voices in your space ↳ Interact with their content regularly 6/ Network strategically ↳ Send connection requests to customers and prospects ↳ Increase visibility in their feeds ↳ Drive traffic to your profile and website Remember: The goal is to create Founder Qualified Leads (FQLs). This framework isn't about vanity metrics. It's about generating high-quality pipeline for B2B founders. Now, go out there and hit post. Your future customers are waiting.
