This is an inefficient method to market your law firm. 📈 THE SOLUTION📈 Have a well-designed yet simple funnel that helps you to identify QUALIFIED leads. Offer a suitable CTA (calendar booking for most law firms), and retarget the lost leads. IMPORTANT!!!: Sales & Marketing go hand in hand. We can't fix one but ignore the other. I see 3x results just by cooperating with the sales team. (It is a night and day difference! 😉 )

The qualified vs unqualified buyers debate. There almost always seems to exist a friction between new-dev marketing and sales departments. Marketing is frustrated because campaigns provide a bucket of leads that don't seem to convert into firm contracts. Sales is frustrated because the 'qualified' leads marketing provides seem to be one in a million. The reality is often sales offers little input into marketing and vice versa. Lack of clarity between the two departments too often feels like kids bickering in the back seat of a road trip. How often do you align sales and marketing?

Lmao. Literally every 'big' organisation I worked in was like this. I personally always wanted to integrate with sales because a) I like sales and I like sales people and b) there's genuinely a lot of overlap between sales and marketing. The problem, I found, was that most sales teams underestimated what marketing can do for them. Providing sales teams with really engaging content, supplying them with information they need to know what buttons to press with customers, creating shit hot content that drives leads into the funnel - these are all things that become more fluid when sales and marketing combine. Needs to be more ♥️ between sales and marketing.
