🔹Conversion marketing goals and metrics🔹 As we wrap up on the categories of marketing goals and metrics, it’s very important to focus on conversion marketing goals and metrics to measure your success. Start by defining what a *conversion* means for your business, whether it’s a sale, a sign-up, or another desired action. It all refers to an action you want people to take after seeing your content. The difference between conversion metrics and Awareness/engagement metrics is that most conversion won’t take place within social mediau platforms. The actions you want people to take might actually mean people leave the social platforms. To track the metrics that leads to conversion you often have to go to other dashboards and analytics tools that are related to your websites or app. ▪️Generating traffic’s to your website from social media is often important to track you website visits. If you have posts that have gotten a ton of likes and shares but you didn’t get the traffic you expected? Formulate a better call-to-action or think about different things you can post to get people interested to check out your site. Key metrics to track on your website: 🟢Click through rate (CTR) 🟢 Conversion rate 🟢Traffic sources 🟢 Bounce rate 🟢Average order value(AOV) 🟢Abandoned rate ▪️Sales from social media: To track sales that were related to your social media posts can be a little bit trickier though.
