A majority of marketing content is made for prospects who are ready to buy. Research shows that the model should be flipped. 3% of potential prospects are ready to buy now (Lead Hero). The other 97% fall into three categories: --- 60% are NOT problem-aware, --- 20% ARE problem-aware, --- 17% are gathering info.
