More benefit program engagement = better results. Concepts: "Transmit on the frequency they're listening for," and "It's not what you say, it's how you say it." Messages not only "make sense," they also "feel right."

Although "interoperability" may seem esoteric, and certainly not top of mind for the typical employee, employer HR/Benefit, and consultant teams - it's critical for improving the patient (and thus, employee) experience, as well as for providing the closer-to-real-time access necessary to support sophisticated clinical management initiatives. Delighted to see continued industry recognition for Humana’s interoperability leadership, ranking #2 overall for excellence with our Patient Access API. Thanks to Brendan Keeler and his team at Flexpa for their comprehensive analysis of 300+ payers ranking on an array of attributes.   It was gratifying (and a relief!) for our team of technologists to reach the finish line/deadline of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) rule three years ago.
