Real Estate Agents… Do this today! Write a list of the last 10 transactions you have been involved in. Detail the dynamics of the clients, the search criteria, how you attracted the client, how you nurtured the client, what was the family makeup or investment criteria. Look at price points and all other consumer behavior attributes and write a list. There will be a common trend. This is your current client avatar. This is the client you are most likely to close. This is the client profile that you should be working to attract. The best way you can attract your perfect client avatar is to have real estate available for sale at price points and locations that they are actively looking in. #realestate #dubairealestate
