Cyber Security Outreach Coordinator at The Adjutant General's Department of Ohio

It was 5 years ago today that Governor DeWine signed Senate Bill 52 that created and funded the Ohio Cyber Reserve (OhCR), a volunteer civilian corps of trained vetted cyber experts nested under the Adjutant Generals Department, that helps make Ohio safer from cyber threats. In the last 5 years the OhCR has grown in size and capabilities. Thanks to all the volunteers who work hard to make Ohio a better place. Want to know more? I have never heard of this but this would be a good initiative to replicate in all the states

Establishing the Ohio Cyber Reserve was a wise, far-sighted, strategic decision. Defending against risk is always smarter than waiting to react to a crisis. Bravo!

In the process of relocating to Ohio and I am very excited about exploring this opportunity! Every state should have something like this.
