Here's a message from our President, Amanda Douglas-Young, about the eClarity Learning Design System and the story of its creation.
CEO and Co-Founder at eClarity and KnowledgeNow, designing the best learning experiences for everyone, powered by the eClarity Learning Design System
A huge pain point for me as an Instructional Designer was that I could never find a single solution that REALLY fit my needs when designing content. I found a TON of authorware and LMS solutions, but never for the actual design work. I have tried all the project management tools, used all the spreadsheets, word documents, brainstorming apps, many different file management systems, and created so many templates. But things got lost, re-made, and forgotten. Not to mention the huge learning curve for our clients every time we started a new build. I created eClarity in part to meet that exact need, knowing that if I wanted to run a successful busines, I needed an all in one solution that my entire team can use. 4 years, dozens of clients, and hundreds of courses later, we are often asked about the processes we use to hit our deadlines and create accessible courses that surpass industry standards. My hope is that eClarity changes the way we manage eLearning projects, and gives designers the space to create incredible content every single time. https://lnkd.in/eXcF9v_G

Instructional design is an essential stage of the digital learning process. So what's it all about? 🗒 Planning out the learning experience of your users. 📢 Identifying the right tone and voice for the audience. 🖊 Writing and honing the content to the key objectives. 🗺 Mapping out a learning journey, designed to engage and motivate users. 🎬 Exploring different mediums of delivery to suit the content and audience needs.
