When Nandi Erasmus and I were driving to this Strategic Goal setting workshop - we wondered what we'd learn, and what we planned to ask Gerry Nel. I have so many ideas in my head, all the pieces of a good plan. But no idea of how to put them all together - my practice, my business, my future, what my gut is saying and how to match it to the information around us
I came away five pages of scribbled excited notes, but more importantly, at least two very practical steps which I can implement anyway
But most importantly, I left the workshop feeling energised, positive and clear. THAT is really valuable and I highly recommend this to other business owners
Leadership and Systemic Team Coach: I help mining companies build aligned, effective leadership teams to drive sustainable growth.
Another successful Strategic Goalsetting Workshop done. A special thanks to Bertus from Hirsch’s Centurion who hosted the event and to all who attended and shared their unique stories so we could all learn, which is the real value of these workshops.
