Let me end the year with some great news 🥹: We (Dr Lisa Cameron, Dr. Nina-Luisa Siedler and myself) received funding from Project Catalyst (Cardano Community) for our DALG Forum Inaugural Meeting! 🙌 🎉 💚 With the support of Project Catalyst, Coinbase and the Government Blockchain Association (GBA), we will be coorganizing the Inaugural Meeting of the Digital Assets - Legislators Global Forum (DALG Forum) which will take place on the 26th of February 2025 at the UK House of Lords. 🇬🇧 This is a closed-door event bringing together legislators and members of parliament from across the globe, ensuring diverse representation from all regions. The focus will be on fostering global collaboration, sharing best practices, and aligning on regulatory standards for Digital Assets, Web3, and Fintech. 🌍 🌎 🌏 With a limited capacity of only 20-30 participants, this forum is designed to be active, intimate and impactful. We are also happy to share that Frederik Gregaard, CEO of Cardano Foundation, will be among the exclusive industry representatives engaging directly with global lawmakers. ⚠️ Why Is This Important? 🟢 Legislators will explore the potential of blockchain to drive innovation and inclusivity while learning and sharing experiences among the current development in their own jurisdictions. 🟢 We will work towards harmonizing regulations across borders, enabling projects to scale globally!
