This involves the sourcer to do the research of the property, area, costs, profits, build team and attending viewings whilst being in contact with the agent. The sourcer acts as the middle man between the agent and the investor. Why use a property sourcer? Using a property sourcer is very beneficial as many investors are cash rich and time poor or have gaps in knowledge in property, therefore they will pay a sourcer a fee to do all the work which will make their money go as far as possible and to gain a property that is high cash flowing.
