💼 **Top 10 Central and Eastern European cities by VC funding in 2023**: 1. **Tallinn** — €364M 2. **Vilnius** — €193M 3. **Warsaw** — €191M 4. **Sofia** — €170M 5. **Prague** — €170M 6. **Cluj-Napoca** — €107M 7. **Kyiv** — €101M 8. **Bucharest** — €100M 9. **Budapest** — €72M 10. **Riga** — €70M Tallinn leads by a large margin, while Kyiv attracted €101M. This can be explained by the unstable situation and war, which increases the risks for venture investors. However, even under such circumstances, Kyiv remains an important tech hub. I believe that as stability returns, we will see a significant increase in venture investments in Ukraine. But the question is: **What do you think the Ukrainian government should do to improve this situation and attract more venture capital?**

His personal, exciting, and inspiring speech offered relevant and insightful aspects of the "why Israel" question, especially pertinent in the current climate: 1. Multidisciplinary Approach: it is needed especially in healthcare when there's a need to blend software, physics, biology, chemistry, and other disciplines.
