What’s your word of 2024? Not the word you used to inspire yourself. But the word that reflects how 2024 went for you? One of my clients said hers was, “Dumb.” As in, she recognized the ridiculousness of some things in her life and worked to get them out. Mine is “Difficult.” As in, there were some challenges, and I know even more strongly that I can do really hard things. #professional #development #honesty
