Ties in concrete data with stories as evidence to make the case for better quality as a driver of business growth. 3. The author, Jon Dahl, separates the hard parts from the obviously simple parts. 4. The combination of human behavior plus technical explanation helps break down the system into understandable parts—using first principles—which helps get to a *definition of quality* that is easier measure and more likely to be repeatable across other systems.

It's probably fair to start asking whether Sonic Foundry Inc.'s has any runway left for its turnaround. For a brief moment earlier this year, it looked like the long-time streaming technology company had renewed life when agreeing to sell its Mediasite business to Enghouse Interactive in a deal that would have infused $2.2 million into Sonic Foundry's coffers once completed, according to documents filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. We don't know exactly where the company stands right now. The company last month filed to delay its quarterly 10-Q financial report. More ominously, the company's non-executive chairman, Mark Burish, resigned from the company's board last week, according to another SEC filing. The public company's shares, now traded over-the-counter after being delisted from NASDAQ last year, now bounce between one and two pennies a share. That's down from more than 30 cents a share in early January and pushes the company's market cap to under $200,000. Still rooting here for Sonic Foundry - once one of the flagship companies of the streaming media segment - to rise like a phoenix from the ashes. Its efforts to pivot to AI with the development of the Vidable content management solution seemed strategically sound, but may have required more financial resources than could be generated from the workhorse Mediasite business. Also feel for the many long-time streaming industry veterans working for SOFO who now face a more uncertain future. Bottom line: I wanted them to think hard about Zero3 Communications as the ultimate fix. Boom! 💥 3. Visual Punches: See zombies throwing slime and chaos—I utilized visual metaphors zombie creatures representing the shortcomings of traditional telecom companies, to simplify complex concepts and make them more RELATABLE and also make them MEMORABLE.
