In cases of street fights, neighbor disputes, or any heated argument between individuals or groups that may escalate into a fight, it is always advisable to involve the police. In such situations, be the first to call the police and demonstrate that you understand and acknowledge that cops are not merely a means for case registration, but also a mechanism to de-escalate any heated situation and establish peace and harmony in society. Furthermore, the call made to the police becomes extremely important as evidence to establish a "proactive-peace-seeking" conduct of the person. Remember, these calls are recorded, and subsequently, a brief statement is made stating the name, date, time, and purpose of the call. In conclusion, calling the cops with the intention to seek their help to de-escalate the situation serves as valuable evidence in your favour. #police #cops #criminallawyer #lawyer #streetfight #proactive #legaldipute #falsecase #peace #evidence #diputeresolution
