Nice!! I joined on the AgentForce Conference Call today and learned a lot about how sellers are using this tool to be more effective in their roles and I want in. I'm pursuing sales roles with Salesforce in Chicago. After hearing the capabilities of AgentForce I'm confident I would do extremely well in the sales organization. Salesforce and Microsoft are both heavily investing in AI, and this public critique shows how competitive the landscape is becoming. Benioff's critique of Copilot's customization requirements is interesting. To strike the right balance, humans should set clear boundaries for AI’s role, ensure transparency in its operations, and regularly evaluate outcomes to align with human values and objectives. How Salesforce is quantifying the role of Humans in using Intelligent tools?
It's fascinating to see how AI is transforming the business landscape, and I'm excited to see what Agentforce 2.0 has in store. I agree that AI valuations are reaching bubble territory, but I think that with the right investments and partnerships, we can avoid a crash and continue to see growth in this space.
