The National Bacon Month celebrations continue! 🥓 We wouldn’t be able to enjoy our favourite bacon without the hard work of our Team Members at our Lagimodiere processing plant, or as we like to call it, the ‘Bacon Centre of Excellence’. The Bacon Centre of Excellence is a 500,000 square foot plant where more than 2,000 amazing Maple Leaf Foods Team Members work every day to produce our raw and ready to eat ham, pork, and of course – bacon.
