Why are knowledge graphs becoming a critical component of any modern data ecosystem? Because they can play a critical role in helping to bridge the worlds of highly structured, and less structured data. They do this by providing the additional context, exposed as relationships, that will significantly improve the reliability and accuracy of GenAI based solutions that are consuming structured data in complex RAG-based prompts. This topic, and many others related to this critical technology, is the focus of my conversation in this week's episode of the CDO Matters podcast with my former Gartner colleague, Sumit P.. Sumit is now the Strategy Technology Director at Ontotext, a company that specializes in Knowledge Graph technologies. We have a wide-ranging conversation on the podcast on all things related to Knowledge Graphs, a field where Sumit is one of the preeminent experts in the world. So if you are a data professional not very familiar with Knowledge Graphs, then catching this episode of CDO Matters is a great starting point. My thanks to Sumit for taking the time to share his expertise with the CDO Matters community! Episode 65 of CDO Matters is available now! “ can be all together” ? let’s face it. It’s the direct result of coding in triples. It is together by default if done right. coding to WC3 semantic standards makes a difference when it comes to interoperability. I sure you understand quite well. Thanks for posting.
Two thought leaders in the space, great podcast! It’s all about how to make data and content AI-ready and how to generate value and better access to knowledge after all.
Because connective tissue matters! Love me some Knowledge Graphs.
Thank you Malcolm Hawker for giving us the opportunity to join your podcast Thank you Doug Kimball for proposing to collaborate with thought leader Malcolm Hawker
Two pals... and one of them happens to be named Pal... Sumit P.!!! ANd the other is The HAWK AKA Malcolm Hawker Chief Data Officer... talking with Sumit P. about knowledge graphs and data and AI and knowledge graphs and data and data strategy and knowledge graphs. Everyone knows that knowledge graphs really are the thing theses days!
Two very data sharp guys right there!!
Awesome podcast Malcolm Hawker. Some ground breaking insights
Knowledge graphs provide essential context for AI solutions, enhancing data reliability across structured and unstructured environments. #DataInnovation
Malcolm I could not agree more with the thinking on Knowledge graphs. My team is experimenting in this space. The confirmation on the potential value of knowledge graphs is real. Excellent talk!!
