Unfix is the last initative developed by Jurgen Appelo. It aims to facilitate gradual change, empower dynamic teams, and emphasize an important role for managers. As part of this initiative they conducted a survey titled “Agile Is Not Dying; It's Dissolving—What Now?” In the survey they posed three questions: - What is now the main concern or interest of higher management? - What happens with budgets that were previously spent on Agile? - What is the next big thing worth talking about, after Agile? A big new specialization I am working out is going to point out a MASSIVE chink in the armor of #AI. Organizations that don't understand what #agile is and don't practice it, i.e. they are hierarchical with legacy HiPPO (Highest Paid Person's Opinion) process are the first dominoes to fall in AI disruption. Why? By the time they realize they need to use AI to compete it is too late. Why is it too late?
