Our new article on #designthinking. We embarked on a project with Care Corner Singapore Ltd to move design thinking from a "half-a-day" thing to an "all-the-time" thing. Did we achieve the desired outcome? 👇 🤩 “Care Corner didn’t just get an app — it now has a group of design thinking-minded social workers who think of ways to improve and innovate their work, every day.” https://lnkd.in/gzVKqR-K
I love this Maish. The impact of co-teaming is not to be overlooked, and this is true of any kind of consulting. We can overcome internal alignment and buy-in challenges thereby increasing likelihood of successfully introducing the new product/service, simply by developing that thing together. This drives ownership and engagement. In a very "meta" perspective, we do for our consulting projects the same thing we do as Business Designers - Design With, not For. I share with prospective clients that my offer is one of "Facilitated Consulting" - I'm here to guide you through the process and offer recommendations, rather than dictate what you should do.
Just saw this! Glad to see this online! Kudos to PebbleRoad team especially Jerald Lam who walked with Care Corner so steadily through it all!
Great stuff Maish Nichani! Indeed many challenges that Design can be a part off in the sector. Our catch up is long overdue! Let’s meet to swop stories?
