Speaking after the conclusion of the First Angola-Zambia Business Forum, held in Luena, Muangala highlighted that the collaboration would significantly enhance mobility and trade once the construction of connecting roads is complete. Governor Muangala confirmed that the road construction on the Angolan side, spanning from Luau municipality through Alto Zambeze to the Zambian border, is already in progress. "In three years' time, the roads on Angola's side will be finished, thus improving the lives of the population," he reiterated, emphasizing the potential boost to tourism and agriculture from the improved infrastructure.
